The Customer must verify the Content of received Shipment

If the packaging is significantly damaged upon receipt, the shipment should be opened while a representative for the Cargo company is present. If it is discovered later on that the goods is damaged under transportation, the customer must approach the Cargo company and save the wrappings for further reference.

As soon as the shipment has been opened the customer should verify that the received goods, shipment manifest and the order are corresponding. The customer should also do a visual inspection of the received goods.

Deviations between received goods, shipment manifest and purchase order should be notified to Juice Hifi as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.

Goods damages and non compliances should be notified to Juice Hifi without any further delay and no later than 7 days after goods receipt.
